Three Ways to Buy Tickets

BY PHONE: CityTix 212.581.1212
IN PERSON: 131 W 55th St (between 6th and 7th Aves), New York, NY

Buying Tickets Online

Due to the heavy demand for Fall for Dance tickets at City Center, an online waiting room has been created to protect the website from overcrowding.
The waiting room will open on Saturday, September 10 at around 10am. If you are on our website earlier than 10am, you must refresh your browser sometime after 10am in order to be placed into the waiting room queue.
Visitors who arrive before 11am will be assigned a random number once tickets go on sale at 11am. Visitors arriving after 11am will be placed at the end of the line. Your position in line will progress until it is your turn to gain access. At that time, you will be automatically redirected to the Fall for Dance ticketing page.

Ticket Limits

There is a four-ticket limit per person per show.

Fees

A $2.50 facility fee will be added to the price of every ticket. Telephone and online orders will be charged a $6.50 handling fee per ticket; there are no handling fees for tickets purchased in person. No exchanges or refunds.

Mobile Devices

The ticket buying experience is not optimized for mobile phones.

Troubleshooting

We have done everything we can to make the Fall for Dance ticket buying experience as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, no online system is flawless. If you lose your place in the queue for any reason, we will not be able to offer you a priority ticketing solution.

Live Updates

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for live updates throughout the day. We will be posting the latest information regarding ticket availability and wait times, in addition to alerts about any other issues that may arise.
