Special intro ballet class for 55+ at Canada's National Ballet School

Taught by NBS’ experienced and popular Adult Ballet teacher, ‘Ballet Bob’ McCollum, the class will provide participants with a ‘ballet experience’ in a safe and supported environment. With live musical accompaniment, each class begins with exercises at the barre, followed by dance combinations that include the elements of ballet. Exercises will be modified and adjusted to suit the needs of the participants.Classes begin Tuesday, January 5, 2016
10 week session
3:00pm to 4:00pm
