NYCB in Saratoga Springs 2012

This is a very important question if you are at all interested in seeing New York City Ballet in Saratoga Springs with Tours en l'air this July. I need to start planning this trip very soon if enough people are interested for me to proceed to the next planning stage. Please let me know ASAP. You are not committing to anything at this point, but I need to have a general idea in order to establish a price. The more people, the lower the cost, so encouraging your friends to come along is in your own best interest!

The program would be as follows:

 Tuesday July 17, 8 pm:
 Russian Seasons (Alexei Ratmansky)
 Sinfonia (Martins)
 Moves (Robbins)
 Brahms-Schoenberg Quartet (Balanchine)

 Wednesday July 18, 8 pm:
 Romeo + Juliet (Martins)

 Thursday July 19: depart Saratoga

We would have dinner before each program. In addition, the Wednesday performance is billed as a "Girls Night Out". I don't know what this consists of exactly, but last year it was described as follows: "Experience complimentary massages, mini mani-pedi's, yoga, makeup consultations, hair blowouts, nutrition advice, complimentary fine wine, chocolate tastings and more!"

As for last year, we would provide transport there for those needing it, either by bus from Toronto or a train-bus combination (train to Kingston, bus between Kingston and Saratoga). Last year the bus fare Toronto-Saratoga including transfers back and forth between the hotel and the theatre was $200.

My estimated price at the moment for the package (not including transportation) is about $750, but as I said before, I can't give a firm price till I have some idea how many people I should be basing my costing on.

Please let me know if you are interested, and if so whether you would be driving yourself or needing the bus/train.
